You want to make sure your flooring will look great and provide outstanding value and return on your investment. You want to make sure that you get the best value for your hard earned money and find Dog Daycare flooring that you can feel good about. If this is true then it is time to tap into the many years of experience from Dog Daycare flooring Direct. We provide the highest quality flooring that will go the distance.

When we first start working with our customers, we start by identifying the role the flooring will play in the business. We look at how the flooring will be used in various aspects: how the design and layout of the business works, how the present condition of the subfloor is built, how long the flooring will be used for and if the business is in a short-term lease and plans on relocating to a larger location in the next 2-3 years. We look at the usage and traffic that the gym, doggy day care center, CrossFit, home gym or school will have as well as the aesthetics desired.

We identify the proper thickness needed, which is dependent on the customers’ plans for and the usage of flooring. These questions along with many more are very important questions to ask in order to properly identify how we can provide our customers with the flooring that is right for them. Getting a crystal clear picture of the customers’ needs is critical to providing the best material. This clear picture allows us to provide true value to our customers and assure they will be receiving the flooring that meets their needs and not just the needs of the salesperson.

Let us illustrate. Let’s say we are working with a personal trainer, Jennifer, that is in the process of going out on her own and opening a new personal training gym. Jennifer does an internet search for “gym flooring” and comes up with dozens of potential suppliers in her search. After looking at several companies, Jennifer starts to think that all of the suppliers are supplying exactly the same material which after all, it is just recycled flooring isn’t it? How difficult can it be? Once Jennifer decides that it is all the same material she starts searching for the lowest cost provider since after all, it is all the same right? Or is it?

Jennifer makes several calls and is given pricing by 3 different companies. She is still assuming that all of the suppliers have the same material so she places her order with the lowest cost supplier. A few weeks go by and she receives her flooring and the rubber is loosely bound and much more porous than she expected. She also notices that it looks like there is a lot less color chips than she remembers seeing online and from the samples. Jennifer did save a few cents per square foot but she did not take the time to make sure she was comparing apples to apples.

She simply assumed that “all Dog Daycare flooring is the same” and she learned that this not the case. Jennifer saved a couple hundred dollars, but she ended up with a floor that lasted less than half the time of a quality gym floor that would last.

There are many things to consider when comparing one supplier to another. You first have to make sure that you are comparing the same exact material in thickness, color concentration, density, tensile strength and several other areas. There is a fair amount of recycled flooring material on the market that is imported and although some of it is ok quality, we have experienced a lot of imported material that crumbles a lot faster and definitely does not hold up
nearly as long.

Another illustration is a very common question that we get on a daily basis. The call or inquiry comes in from a gym owner that is planning on doing a lot of heavy lifting or Olympic lifting. The gym owner, George, calls us and tells us he needs a super thick floor since his members will be dropping a lot of weight. George is convinced he needs a very thick floor and mentions he would like it to be over 1” thick. This is a very common call and through our discovery time with the
customer, we can many times determine that they do not need nearly as thick of a floor as they originally ask for. By providing a thinner floor, such as a 3/8” thick instead of 1” we can save the customer a lot of money and still provide them with a floor that will be plenty tough for their use and will hold up for many years to come. This is a very common question from CrossFit Box owners.

We do however have flooring all the way up to 3” thick which we sell a lot of and our customers are happy with, but not everyone needs such a thick floor. We will take the time to discuss your needs and our guarantee is that we will never recommend or try to sell you something that you do not need. A little extra time taken to learn about our customers, ask the right questions and to make sure we understand our customers’ needs is what keeps our customers coming back to us as their business grows and they add more locations. It is also critical that the buyer is comparing similar materials and is not making his or her decision based strictly on cost. Saving a few dollars up front can cost a lot of dollars in the long run.

It is very easy to get started. Give us a call or fill out a contact form to discuss your flooring and Turf needs today. We will make sure you are only quoted on the material that is right for you since our customers come first. We will never sell you something that you do not need. We look forward to working with you and we can’t wait to hear about your growing business.
